1) Start a session
The agent will read you a 6-digit code.
Go to eov6.com, enter the code, and tap Join.
2) Accept the acknowledgement
You’ll see a short acknowledgement to accept (and you may be asked to type your name).
Once accepted, the chat will show a system line confirming it.
3) Share your details (optional)
You can enter your name, email, and phone number if needed.
The agent sees updates in real time.
4) Upload files (optional)
You can upload images or PDFs when it helps.
Both sides will see a clickable file link in the chat.
5) Use Live Translate (optional)
If language is a barrier, Live Translate can be enabled for the session.
You’ll see messages in your language.
Tip: For anything important (names, numbers, dates), confirm it clearly to avoid mistakes.
6) End the session
When the agent ends the session, the chat and uploads are cleared to keep data minimal.
Privacy & safety
Session data is removed when the session is ended.
Only upload information you’re comfortable sharing.
